Special Mela Set  A

Open for reservation of Special Mela Set via Google Form on X (Twitter) Mela Official post page at 2.100 noon on  November 14 , 2025.

(1) Those interested can order the Special Mela Set  A  via Google Form from8.30 noon on  November 14, 2025 onwards.

(2) The list of interested persons will be announced at 9.30 p.m. on November 14, 2025 (40 main names and 10 reserve names). Please check your email to confirm your order (Please check your email, including junk mail).

(3)  Pay the amount of 19,900 baht according to the information you received in the email, attach the payment slip and send it back to email: mela.special.lolly@gmail.com to confirm the order. the successful booking, if there is no payment, it is considered a waiver of rights.

(4) Wait to receive an email confirming your successful Special Mela Set A reservation.

(5) Those who are eligible can join the Mela play and love with poom   event on December 14 , 2025

from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

(6) Activity details will be notified via email to eligible recipients (within 5 business days after completing product orders and payment).

• Set A, B products cannot be exchanged or returned in any case.
• The brand reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the brand reserves the right for the team’s decision to be final.
• Seat numbers and rows are assigned based on the payment time, as indicated in the attached slip. We reserve the right to arrange the seating format and order as deemed appropriate. The team’s decision is final.

Rules, Registration, Order Special Mela Set

Join the Mela play and love with poom   event.

• Special Mela Set A , limited to only 40 sets.
• Special Mela Set B , limited to only 10 (for VDO CALL)

The channel for filling in order information via Google Form will be announced at 8.30 pm onNovember 14, 2025, and the list of eligible individuals will be announced on November 14 at 9.30 p.m. Eligible individuals must complete payment by  10.00 noon on November 15, 2025.

• Payment details can be checked via Email after registering via Google form.

📌 The list of reserve persons will be announced in the event of a waiver of rights at 10.00 p.m. on November 15, 2025. Reserve persons, please check your email and follow the instructions provided.

* When the time is up, if a person has given up their rights and/or has not paid for the product within the specified time, the rights will be returned to the brand in full.

1. Very important message, please read carefully.

* For those wishing to register for the special Mela set, you can register one name on the Google Form and submit both forms.

* If any form contains duplicate names, the system will remove the duplicate name, leaving only one.

* And the registered name must be the real name and surname as shown on the ID card or passport only.

The use of a nickname or a name that does not match the name on the government-issued ID card is strictly prohibited for registration.

* Note (1) If you do not have a Line ID, you can enter the same email address as in the Email field.

* Note (2) Telephone numbers can be both domestic and international. In the post announcing the list of those eligible to order, the Mention box will display the registered names with the actual time stamp in the order of receiving the rights (order 1-35). The brand reserves the right not to respond to any orders that do not follow the order of eligibility as announced, whether via Line Official message, DM, or Inbox. Such orders will be considered invalid under the rules of this announcement. Disputes over the rules are strictly prohibited. The team’s decision is final.

2. The order of rights and seat order in every activity, Mela play and love with poom , is arranged in order of the payment time according to the slip you attached as important.

* The right to arrange seat numbers in all activities is reserved by the brand. The decision of the team is final.

* If a person who has received the right has not paid for the product or has given up the right, the sequence will proceed automatically. The right to run the seat sequence is reserved, starting from the first announcement when payment is made. It must be in accordance with the rules of this announcement. Disputes regarding the rules are strictly prohibited.

3. Payment will be made via bank transfer , Alipay , Line shopping , Website & Wise

If the purchaser wishes to pay via debit/credit card, they can do so as well. They can pay via  account / Wise

by linking their debit/credit card to their Line shopping , Website & Wise account. Details and procedures are subject to Line shopping, Website & Wise’s terms and conditions

4. 4. The Mela play and love with poom activity is available only with the Special Mela Set A & B rights. Rights can be transferred {reserving the right for one name to notify the change of rights holder only once} by informing the Mela Official brand between November 14 and December 10, 2025, by 6:00 PM only.

* If the deadline has passed, no change of name will be notified under any circumstances.

To complete the change of the rights holder information, please specify in the message a copy of the ID card or passport of the current rights holder, clearly stating to whom the rights are being transferred. Include a copy of the payment slip for the product, signed as correct, along with a copy of the new rights holder’s ID card/passport, also signed as correct. These documents should be sent via Line OA: @melarose.

* The conditions are as specified by the brand. No changes, cancellations

* Refunds can be requested under any circumstances. In the event of any disputes, the brand’s decision is final.

** Ordering a Special Mela Set is considered complete acceptance of these terms.
